Kennedy's Group

Kennedy's Group runs an ultra-luxury villa rental and concierge business across a public website, a guest-facing shared itinerary experience, and an internal backoffice used daily by their team. We were brought on as the ongoing full-stack team, owning the Node.js/PostgreSQL API, the public Next.js site, and the Loggia admin panel, to keep shipping new features and improving reliability across all three as the business grew.

We rebuilt and extended the real estate experience end to end: richer property detail pages, a sticky search and map on listings, currency and sqm/sqft unit toggles, and filters that actually match what's in the database, fixing a location filter that was silently dropping results. On the backend we added server-side reverse geocoding so every property automatically resolves its country, region, and area, built the email routing engine that sends each inquiry type to the right inbox, and kept the raw-SQL property search path in sync with the ORM as filters evolved. For the team behind the scenes, we shipped Loggia: a backoffice covering 14 product categories, booking management, a shared-itinerary flow with an inline booking modal, and an owner report generator with a full UI/UX pass and PDF export so villa owners get a polished performance summary.

As the ongoing full-stack partner, we work across the whole stack: the Express/PostgreSQL API, the public-facing Next.js site, and the Loggia admin panel, which meant every feature had to stay consistent across guest-facing pages and internal tools built on shared components. We shipped continuously in small, tested increments, fixing real data issues (wrong filters, missing geocoding, incorrect covers) alongside new features, always keeping the villa and property views in the public site and the admin panel in sync.
