Bausing

A mattress is a considered purchase made online with almost no usable information. Firmness, size, and materials decide the choice, and a photograph shows none of them. Bausing needed a store where the specifications do the persuading, and on top of that a digital wallet for Argentine pesos so customers could hold and spend a balance inside the same platform. Two products, one account.

We built the storefront around comparison. Every mattress carries structured specifications, size, firmness, and materials, in a consistent shape, so models can be read against each other instead of one at a time, and search and filtering work on those attributes rather than on product names. Checkout is short and secure. The Bausing wallet sits alongside it: customers hold a peso balance, watch it move, and spend it at checkout without leaving for a payment provider. Both halves share one account and one session, so the wallet is part of the store instead of a bolt-on.

We treated the store and the wallet as one product from the start, not two projects sharing a login. That meant building the account and session layer first, so a peso balance could be spent at checkout with no handoff between systems. The product data model came next, since comparison only works if every mattress carries the same structured attributes, and both interfaces were built on top of that shared foundation.
