Nuddo

Selling a garment you no longer wear should take minutes, but resale tends to collapse at three points: publishing is tedious enough that the item never gets listed, paying a stranger feels unsafe from both sides, and arranging the handoff kills the deal after it was already agreed. Nuddo had to solve all three at once, on web, iOS, and Android, and leave room for local fashion brands to sell new collections in the same place.

We built the marketplace so that each of those three points stops being a decision. Listing an item takes a few steps, so publishing is a small act rather than a project. Payments run through Mercado Pago with protection on both sides, so neither party is trusting a stranger on their own. Door-to-door shipping is part of the transaction instead of something buyers and sellers negotiate afterwards, with standard or economical options depending on what the garment is worth. A reputation system makes a seller's history visible before the purchase rather than after it. Local brands get their own space to show new collections alongside second-hand listings.

We built web, iOS, and Android against a single Flask API, so a listing, a payment, and a shipping label behave identically wherever they are created. React Native covered both mobile platforms from one codebase, and the web app was built in Next.js. The sequence mattered: we designed and tested the selling flow first, because a marketplace with no inventory has nothing to sell, and every other screen was built around keeping that flow short.
